Bev in Appleton is absolutely fabulous!! I have shopped with Kesslers in Madison for a few years. I have always had a good experience. My wife lost her ring three years ago and sadly we did not know about insurance. We went in the Appleton store to look for a new one, as we now live in Green Bay. This location itself is lacking in a couple categories. However, the Kesslers experience that I am familiar with arrived on point because of Bev's outstanding service. Love this place! Love my ring! They always make it look like new. And everyone is always so welcoming and nice.
My husband purchased my engagement ring and Wedding band from Kesslers 20 years ago. We went back 10 years later to upgrade the center diamond and love the service we received. I stop in at least once each year to get my ring cleaned and checked for loose diamonds. I did lose one of the diamonds about 8 years ago and they replaced it without any issues. I would recommend Kesslers for anyone planning to propose. The financing plan was excellent!
