My engagement ring and wedding band have been purchased from Kessler's. The warranty is almost unbelievable! I've had my stone fall out and they fixed it, no questions asked. I don't have to go every 6 months to get it "serviced". Today I went to get it cleaned for the first time in 2 Years abs they offered to re crown it and re-seal it back to its new brilliant self! My now fiancé and I went together to look at rings, and were very pleased with our experience at Kessler's in Appleton. We are a younger couple and never felt like we were being talked down to. Bev was the sales person that helped us out with everything, and she made sure to show me rings that were in our budget and styles that I liked. I ended up finding the perfect ring for me and none of that would've happened without Bev's help. I highly recommend going to Kessler's if you want a positive and helpful experience!
