I used to be 110% all about Kessler's until I got my ring from them and they never told me or my now ex that the diamond was a clarity enhanced diamond. They have clever names for diamonds like Yahuda, which mine was, to confuse and fool uneducated buyers. They acted like a clarity enhancement was no big deal. Well come to find it is a huge deal!! My husband and I have been going to Kessler's for years! For my birthday I wanted a band to match a ring I had made at Kessler's, Teri at the store in Greenfield was beyond helpful! It was great to have such great service and great advice to match.
The service was professional & friendly... We were looking for a necklace for our daughter, gave them our budget, and they kept us right in there, no pressure. Also, had a beer while shopping, felt relaxed. Awesome service. Would recommend and have recommended Kessler's too many people.
I lost the center stone in my engagement ring right after Christmas and I was crushed.
