I have so many great things to say about Kesslers, no other jeweler can even compare to them. We always have AMAZING customer service. Even if we are just browsing at jewelry we never feel forced or rushed into buying something. My fiancé and I were recently just in the Menomonee Falls store and they were so gracious enough to let us upgrade my finance's wedding band (since it hasn't been worn or sized) to one that had more and bigger diamonds(he always jokes if I get diamonds so does he haha)even after their 30 day return p... read more

I am so happy that I have a Kesslers ring! My now fiancé and I went into your Madison store to shop around. The customer service was great and I fell in love with a band and diamond. The employee even stayed longer because the store closed but she didn't act any different so we didn't even notice! Most stores would have rushed us or reminded us of the time. The associates at the Appleton store are always polite and in tune with the customers' needs and wants. We chose Kessler's for mine and my wife's wedding rings, and so glad we did. My wedding ring was damaged and needed considerable work to restore it to its original condition. They restored without question and without cost! Their warranty is true and their support and customer services are second to none. I wouldn't think of shopping anywhere else for my diamonds. :)

The Appleton Kesslers has he best customer service. Always greeted with a smile and super friendly people. It doesn't matter if I'm looking to spend thousands or 99 dollars they spend the same amount of time on me and always treat me like I'm the most important customer in he place. Can't recommend this place enough.

A few months before my fiancé and I got engaged, we stopped in to the Appleton Kessler's, and worked with Julie! She was amazing, and so supportive of what our wants and needs were. Ever since then, he has worked with Julie for purchasing my engagement ring, and we have worked her and some other Appleton staff when we purchased our wedding bands and necklace. Everyone is SUPERB at Kessler's, and we couldn't be happier with the miraculous warranty and our confidence in Kessler's! ��

I went to Kessler's and dealt with Debbie! This was a very pleasant experience! I came in to look at rings to propose and ended up with credit and a ring to do so! Didn't expect to be approved for credit and was worried I wouldn't have the money to buy the ring in time. So when I was approved imagine my happiness! Debbie was wonderful and helped me so much I hope everyone will consider shopping here and see Debbie if you do!! Germantown, WI location!!

My 6 year old boys were interested in different types of gems. We stopped at Kesslers on Appleton to look at what they had. Even though it was very clear we were not buying anything today, Amber took the time to talk to them and answer their questions. She even took them in back to see the goldsmiths at work. I so appreciate the time Amber was willing to take to talk with 2 little kids. I will definitely return for future jewelry needs. Your kindness sold me on your store.
