My fiancé bought my ring from the Appleton store. Great customer service! I brought my ring in to get sized, expecting at least 4 days (as they told my fiancé). It's was sized in less than 3 hours since we had just gotten engaged a few days prior! It fits perfectly! Thank you Kesslers!

Wow after going to the Better Business Bureau's website and reading a complaint about how the financing wasn't explained to a customer right and how he got screwed out of a lot of money I am glad I did not even set foot in here to look at rings for my hopefully soon to be wife!

Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. If Kesslers makes a mistake, they won't take ownership for it. They're sales associates know about jewelry, but nothing about financing. I had a near perfect credit score before dealing with Kesslers and they ruined it. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and Contact 6 about the scam of their financing. If you want to pay a bunch of interest because your paymnets are split up however Wells Fargo feels, then come to Kesslers where they love to misinform you and not take ow... read more
