I have been to an ER 2 times in my entire life. I have to be really sick to go. I was bent over in severe stomach pain. My husband took me to the ED. I was given a couple papers to sign and after sitting there ignored for 1 1/2 hours my husband and sister took me to Morehead to ED. In 5 minutes after walking in I was on pain med pump and was treated like an emergency. Test were run etc. I never sat in ED at all. Taken straight back. I live in Mt Sterling but will not go to that ER to be ignored while staff get there friends ... read more
They were great!!! Very nice and great about getting me in and out of the ER.
Not a good hospital.dont take your baby there they wont do anything but geuss don't wanna deal with a child or anything. Never again. I'll go elsewhere first time ever being there and it was awful!
I was treated ok by the nurses. The PA and MD were kind. The Nurses need to be careful what they say in the earshot of patients. At shift change it was quite unnerving to hear how short handed they were and quality of care would suffer. Also they need to further investigate patient complaints or transfer to a hospital who can handle it.
Same day surgery was downright amazing. Nurses were very nice and respectful. Dr was beyond amazing. Best experience I have had having a procedure done.
