Worst hospital on the planet sat in the waiting room for four hours ( me not even being the only one. The whole waiting room was filled. They said all the beds were full but in the time I was their I watched seven people leave that I didn't see go back?) with my son who had a fever of over 100.1 the whole time. The secretary is rude as crap! The whole place is slow everything appears to be disorganized. Me and my wife have been wrongly diagnosed more than once! Lady at the front desk was rude to our family. We came in and she told us only one visitor at a time when the sign behind her said 2 visitors at a time. Later that afternoon they told us no visitors were allowed and then changed their mind 5 minutes later. Very insensitive.
They are very rude and under qualified I will never be back to this hospital again not even on my death bed
This hospital is ridiculous I have been in a room for 55 minutes now. I have epilepsy and seizures luckily I knew I was coming to the ER and I called my dad to come with me. Again like I said we have been back here for 55 minutes and no one has even checked on me, not even a peek in the door to see if I'm alive. It's just outrageous. Ppl don't come to the ER because they're feeling wonderful we come because it's the friggin EMERGENCY ROOM and we need to be seen. Not tossed in a room and forgotten about!! Ok I have a major complaint with Saint Joseph Mt. Sterling... After being in the ER the night before for 4 hours and being diagnosed with pneumonia... My husband's Mamaw was sent home... She had a rough night last night and didn't drink or eat much today... She could barely make a noise tonight and went back to the hospital... We sat in the lobby for 5 hours and left there at midnight without her being seen...I know there are emergencies that came up but they need more staff there...
