Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I called the hotel asking for a room and the person on the phone told me they had a a few rooms available and I went there once I got the hotel, I met with worst manager in my life, she had poorest customer service skills and look in her face saying I dont care about anything. She told me there was no rooms available and there's nothing she could do to help me with a dead eyes and uncaring look in her face. I will never visit this unprofessional hotel again.
Excellent location very close to Manor House. No breakfast, but you can either make your own or visit a nearby cafe.
