We contracted with Kent Builders Group to build an extension but they left the project half way through in December 23. Over the last 3 months they have made multiple excuses and broken multiple promises to restart but they haven't resumed work and we don't have building control sign off. They have kept our £1000 deposit despite the contract stating that it was to be used for the final payment and all other stage payments being made to them.
