I had a really positive experience with Kensley Properties. Gary is a thoughtful and super helpful local landlord who truly takes care of his tenants. The room was bright, spacious, clean, and close to the hospital, which was perfect for me. I felt safe, the price was fair, and the weekly cleaners were a great bonus. Everything worked well, and Gary was always on top of things. Highly recommend!
Room was perfect in size quite spacious , kitchen very good for 3 people and toilet very well maintained. Shoutout to Gary who offered me some coffee on arrival and helped me get settled in :)
The landlord, Gary has been very helpful during my stay. He is readily available and always ready to help which I really appreciated! The house is in a convenient location and having a cleaner is definitely very nice.
