Ken was great! He stayed in contact with me when he got held up on another job letting me know he was running a little late then called me when he was on his way, He went above and beyond by trying to construct something for my furnace because of poor installation from another company. He made a great recommendation that would permanently remedy the problem with the furnace which I accepted. He was personable, friendly and professional. I will use him in the future and would highly recommend him.
Ken was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He was on time, got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. He also was able to come out the same day as our unit quit working.
Ken showed up within a couple hours and fixed my A/C right away.

Ken is a very honest repairman. He knew exactly what needed to be done and had all the parts on his truck to do it. I was concerned I would need a whole new air conditioner but Ken fixed mine very quickly! He's very knowledgeable. I'll hire him again in a heartbeat if anything else happens.
