Ken's experience and knowledge is unparalleled. He is a hands on expert. Replaced my AC and furnace in one afternoon for the most competitive price I could find.
Great job and very quick service
They (Ken and associate) were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They were also available earlier than originally estimated, which was an advantage for me. My issue was taken care of in less than 30 minutes. If needed, I will use their services again!

Ken himself came on the same day I first contacted HomeAdvisor. My home was his sixth call that day. The night before had been hard on furnaces throughout the area because it was SOOO cold. My experience with Ken was outstanding. I call him the "furnace whisperer" now. Ken definitely knows furnaces! He turned up the blower and cleaned the flame sensor, which apparently fixed the problem because it's been running like a dream ever since. I had an appointment within a few days. They arrived on time. They were unable to confirm what the issue was, which I understand, but I feel it was a bit pricey of a visit for guess work. Very, very, nice guys. I would try them again.
