Great customer service all the way from Taryn at the office to Ken, when he came out. He was very helpful, friendly, arrived on time, and was very thorough in trying to identify the issue. I got a return call pretty quickly (which has been a major struggle with our previous company) and he arrived when he was scheduled to arrive (with a smile on his face). We will call him whenever we have HVAC needs moving forward. Highly recommend!
