Ken was great. With the recent drop in temperatures I was prepared to have to wait a few days for someone to be able to come out. Ken was there the morning after submitted my resquest. They even moved me up a day! He was very courteous and efficient. The whole repair only took about 30 min.
amen showed up on time for my appointment and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and went from there. I would highly recommend this company and will use him again when the need arises.
Ken was very thorough and honest with his inspection of our air conditioning unit. I would definitely recommend his company.
Ken was quick to reply, quick to complete the job, did excellent work, left our house cleaner than he found it, told us what it would cost ahead of time and charged exactly that when the work was done. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly. Our new air conditioner works great.
Ken was great to work with and I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to schedule an appointment with me. The diagnosis for the issue was a bit different than we originally thought, but Ken was quick to resolve it and very fair in pricing. 5 stars!
