Ken and his team are consummate professionals! They were able to provide flexibility in scheduling and the quality of work was top notch. Ken is very honest and direct about the situation and provides a fair price.
Other companies had 2 week or more waiting list. I was able to schedule online and Ken was here in 2 days! Ken explained what he was doing and looking for. Never tried to sell me a new system which was the first thing out of the mouths of the big competitors.
Their work on installing a new AC condenser at my home today was exceptional. Ken and Eric were extremely professional, knowledgeable and customer service minded. They were a pleasure to work with. I really felt like they cared about recommending and doing the appropriate thing for me and my home needs and they delivered their services timely and for a more than fair price. Ken is an honest and trustworthy man to work with and I would recommend him and his company to anyone, anytime.

Ken and nephew Eric responded promptly with the assistance of Tarin (sp) Office assistant .... they were friendly, knowledgeable, Honest, and efficient at diagnosing my furnace problem ... made the necessary adjustments and fixes ... answered all questions and gave advice as to potential fixes if problem persisted ... The price for the house call was fair w/ time and everything considered ... I would definitely hire them again
Ken was great and he was early. He called first and it didn't take very long to fix my heater. They also had the part on hand. Will use this company again!!!!!!
