Left work early to meet at appointment made 3 days prior for 5 PM, but didn't make it to my house until 6:15. After he arrived, he diagnosed, fixed the problem and did not advise any unnecessary repairs. Other than scheduling snafu, I would recommend their work.
On time, great communicators, very knowledgeable. Didn't recommend unnecessary fixes.
He put on a little more heavy duty then i wanted, the blower is a little noisier then what I had.
