They replied to my request right away and set an appointment for that afternoon. They called later and said there was a cancelation and asked if they could come earlier, which was great. Ken was there on time, diagnosed the problem and was able to complete repairs right away. We are very pleased with his work and they will be the 1st ones we call for service in the future. Thank You!

He let me know he was running late from his previous job, I truly appreciated that. Showed me what the problem was. Told me what he was going to do and how. Very thorough. Clean. Took a picture of the part he thought might give me future trouble so that if it did, he could have the part number on file, that was smart.

Great guys, very friendly and honest and I felt like they took care of everything that needed to be done with the highest quality. It's hard to find someone you can trust, especially with big projects, but I know that Ken, Paul, and John were the best and fairest.
