These guys are local. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, good at communicating, and were all around good to work with.
The work was at my rental house, so I never actually met Ken. He seemed honest, and called me upon completion of the job with a recap.

Romps service, friendly, fixed the problem
Friendly service. They communicated very well and kept me up to date with scheduling. I've called a few other contractors but they were either busy, couldn't meet my schedule or just did not call back. The fan/blower in my furnace was going out so we couldn't run the A/C and they were there the same day to inspect it. They were running a little late because of a busy day and they called to let me know that they were running late - which I appreciated.
