Super nice and helpful!! Even answered a phone call on Christmas Eve and told us how to fix our problem. When our daughter needed help they were there in an hour. Highly recommend this business!
Ken is a great guy, very knowledgeable and reasonable.
Nice enough guy. He came to clean and tune up my furnace. It's an older furnace that is no longer made. He spent some time with it and determined it was old needed to be replaced and had a gas leak. But it's still working. So he didn't perform the full cleaning and suggested that I buy new. Then slapped a huge sticker with his phone number on my furnace without my permission.
