Ken was on time, and set right to work after assuring himself of the situation. He asked direct, easy-to-understand question, and listened to the answers. He did not waste any time, although he was quite personable.

Excellent customer service!!! They fit me in the same day I called for an appointment. Ken and his partner fixed the problem with my air conditioner within 30 minutes, very reasonably priced.
