The company even changed their sch around to make an emergency visit to my home because we had no heat during March's snow storm. Very professional!
Went above and beyond to make certain the humidifier would be one that would fit my needs. Showed me how it worked. Originally was going to install a different brand, however, he looked at it before he purchased it and found it wouldn't work. Found a different brand that would work. Very easy to work with. If I have future furnace, a/c work, will hire him again.
Ken was able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem with the furnace. It is working again. The $89 service fee seemed steep for the 20 minutes that he was at our house but he did fix the problem and I am thankful it was such a simple and cheap fix.
Our heat went out on December 30. We called our guy first thing on December 31 - as soon as they opened and they couldn't get anyone out to help until January 2. A friend gave me Ken's number. We called them around 4pm on New Year's Eve. They tried to get someone out to help that night but it was too late in the day by that point. Ken came out on New Year's Day, in the morning. Quick and easy. Much less expense than I was expecting!
We did not have to do an extensive repair. BUT we didn't really do Any repair. The Pressure switch was sticking and I have to call him back if it stops working again.
Service was performed promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.
