He was polite and competent. He just did the yearly maintenance and did not find other things to charge me for. I have been taken advantage of in the past so it was nice to find someone trustworthy for a change.
Showed on time, did a great job and went above and beyond on a few miscellaneous requests. Would use again in a heartbeat.
I was able to set up an appointment for the same week to have our humidifier serviced. Ken was prompt, communicated well and completed the job efficiently. Will definitely be calling in the future.
