I felt Dr. Neufeld under promised and over deliveredfor a condition that there is no perfect solution. My son's eye surgery was a huge success. I also appreciate the entire staff keeping open lines of communication during the surgery and helping to develop a plan of care that meet my son's needs with complete professionalism and patient centered care. Dr. Neufeld was very professional & knowledgeable. His explanation of procedure was excellent and easy to understand. He made the process simple and as comfortable as possible.
I would absolutely recommend Dr. Neufeld to anyone needing Eye Care Surgery. I recently needed my droopy eye lids lifted & he clearly explained the process and results were flawless with little to no discomfort. I can now see much better. Thank You Dr Neufeld and the terrific staff/nurses that walked me along every step of the way.
I was very pleased with the care I received by Dr. Neufeld and his staff. I was referred to Dr. Neufeld because of an injury I sustained. I don't think I could have found a better eye surgeon and practice had I had to find one myself.
I think Dr. Neufeld is careful, precise, competent, and responsive. He also has a very efficient staff. I was/am very happy with the surgery and the result. I will most certainly highly recommend him.
I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the eye repair work done by Dr. Neufeld. The results is amazing as there is no evidence that a surgery was done. Furthermore, a friendly and helpful staff and so I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing an Opthamologist!
