I would definitely recommend Dr. Neufeld to my family and friends. I was referred to Dr. Neufeld for ptosis. Dr. Neufeld and his staff were all very nice and made me feel comfortable with the procedure that would correct my eyelid problem. Post surgery, Dr. Neufeld and staff were all very encouraging with how things went and I am very pleased with the results.
Dr Neufeld and his staff made the process feel very easy. I was worried. I would recommend Thomas Eye Group and particularly Dr Neufeld for surgery to friends/family. Check ups after surgery showed me they are very caring, too!
I came to Dr Neufield because of a chalazion that needed draining. I was able to be seen right away. The surgery was quick and relatively painless. Minimal care instructions were given to me. 6 weeks later I scheduled a follow up as my eye had healed poorly - with scarring and a residual bump. Dr Neufield saw me for 2 mins (literally), felt my eyelid, said “it’s still healing” and left. Horrible bedside manner. And they tried to charge me for those 2 mins (until I complained and they didn’t.)
Thorough, meticulous, professional and empathetic. Results were excellent.

Dr Neufeld did an excellent job repairing an area close to my eye that was a skin cancer. His staff are all wonderful.
Dr. Gross is cocky and arrogant. I consider myself fairly intellectual and when I asked him to spell for me what procedure he was going to do on me, he said all I have to know is that it's to moisten my eyes. II was highly insulted. I agree that you have to wait awhile and it's an eye factory.
