Dr. Neufeld is the consummate professional, I had 2 surgeries to repair my tear duct and had very good results. He explained the procedures thoroughly, came to the recovery room after surgery, called the day after surgery to check in and find out how was I doing. From the office assistants, to the nurses, the office scheduler, they all are absolutely concerned and ready to assist the patient. Comparing to other similar experiences, Dr. Neufeld's practice and his office staff are a 5+.
Staff is so competent and nice. I like to be with them. Dr. Neufeld is very pleasant and answers all questions patiently. Good bedside manner.
My experience with Dr. Kenneth Neufeld and Eileen Dickson at Thomas Eye Group was outstanding. I was very nervous about having Ptosis surgery and Laser Skin Resurfacing to both eyes. But the entire procedure from beginning to end was flawless. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Kenneth Neufeld is a highly skilled doctor who has truly gained my trust. Eileen Dickson is a superb counselor/coordinator and is always there to provide support. I would highly recommend this team.
Choosing Dr. Neufeld over other doctors that I consulted with to perform my upper & lower bleph was one of the decisions I’ve made. He listened to what I wanted, his attention to detail and bedside manners are second to none. Dr. Neufeld and his staff provided excellent customer service, all of my questions were answered, recovery was minimal, I’ve had no complications and the results have far exceeded my expectations I feel & look 10 years younger.
