I’m new to cosmetic surgery and was a bit skeptical but Dr. Neufeld and his team was amazing! Even during Covid-they were careful, attentive, and kept me protected at all times. After walking the parking lot for 40 minutes with my one year old child waiting for my appointment with Dr. BERLAND, I finally saw him walk into the building I’m assuming from a late lunch. He wasn’t busy with other patients just not at the facility. I went inside to check on my appointment which was supposed to be at 12:40pm and they finally got me in at 1:30pm.. mind you I have a 1 year old. My kid got higher astigmatism prescription. Even then, I was suggested that glasses are not required. Now, after 6 months, my kids astigmatism only increased. As an experienced doctor, he should inform me about astigmatism. I should nt be learning about it through google.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Neufeld and his entire team. When I learned the same staff members have been with him for over 10 years, I did not need to hear anything else. What that told me was he is a great clinician, kind, considerate, a good listener and a great leader. This was all before I met him! Everything mentioned proved to be absolutely true. Doc Neufield was great ! FIxed my drooping eyelids that were beginning to block my vision. He listens and answers everything you have on your mind. The whole staff alongside him were excellent and professional as well. Erin, Courtney and Rhonda were the best ! I still have a little discomfort and tightness is the corner of my left eye but he said give it more time and if there is still a concern he will make it right.
Dr. Berland what above and beyond to help us through a medical situation with my daughter. He took extra time with her to closely monitor what was going on with her eyes. Amazing doctor!
I had a skin cancer removed that had encroached the eyelid and rim. Dr. Neufeld repaired this big hole in my face and eyelid and did an excellent job. He and his staff were very courteous, professional, patient and friendly from first consultation to dismissal.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Neufeld and his excellent staff. He was patient answered all my questions and explained everything so I could understand. The staff was just as gracious and helpful as he was. Ronda Skipper who is on staff and also a friend of mine knew how nervous I was led me to Dr. Neufeld. I’m so happy I listened to her and so pleased with my results.

I had a problem with the tear ducts on one eye that required a surgical procedure. Everything went well and so far good results. I have always been seen on or even before my appointment time.
