I paid a large amount for upper and lower blepharoplasty, and Dr. Neufeld made my eyes look worse. The edges of my eyes were pulled down, and now they look even worse than before. I need to see another doctor to fix the damage—horrible experience!
Every aspect of this practice is top notch. All staff are pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Neufeld is a rock star! I am thrilled with the outcome of Dr. Neufeld's procedure to remove the bags under my eyes. The procedure was not invasive; there was no incision and no stitches. The effect was immediate, and I did not have any bruising or pain. Dr. Neufeld's staff-Rhonda, Eileen, and Aisha-went out of their way to make the process smooth. People I have not seen for while have asked me for my secret to looking young! Many thanks to Dr. Neufeld!
I had three procedures with Dr. Neufeld: ptosis surgery, blepharoplasty, full-face laser resurfacing. Each required expensive, painful, anxiety-producing followup surgery. While the ptosis surgery was first performed in the surgical suite, he did a correction in his exam room - I wasn't asked my preference. I had a problem with my eyelids, specially the one on my left eye.
