Dr. Neufeld did exactly what I needed - the surgery performed on my eye stopped its constant overflow of tears.
Very good doctor who is really good at what he does. All personal are professional and friendly. In every way, I am pleased with the care I was given.
Dr. Neufeld quickly diagnosed the cause of serious infections in my eye from which I had been suffering for 2 years to be a blocked tear duct. At least once I had to go to the emergency room with a bleeding eye. My dry eye condition was blamed and the symptoms of the infections treated but they returned. I saw Dr. Neufeld in mid-July and had surgery the end of the month which included the insertion of a temporary stent and creation of a new way for tears to drain. Problem solved!
My experience with Dr Neufeld was REGRETTABLE and UNSATISFACTORY. I would NEVER recommend him. While the facility is nice and staff lovely none of this is important when the dr screws up the procedure which cost a fortune and you have to go to another dr to fix the screw up. Also, it would have been professional and respectful if Dr Neufeld had shown up on time to perform my procedure instead of showing up over a half hour late while I am sitting in a medical robe. Go elsewhere.
Great results. He explained everything in detail and what to expect. Could not be happier with the overall experience. His skill is beyond words.
Wonderful experience with Dr. Neufeld. He corrected entropion in our daughter's lower eyelids. His bedside manner with a rather frightened nine year old was excellent and his followup was superb. Highly recommended.
Dr. Neufeld and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, took time to explain everything, and made my 17 year old feel comfortable / less anxious about surgery.
Why would anyone choose to go to anyone else for issues of the eye?
I felt Dr. Neufeld under promised and over deliveredfor a condition that there is no perfect solution. My son's eye surgery was a huge success. I also appreciate the entire staff keeping open lines of communication during the surgery and helping to develop a plan of care that meet my son's needs with complete professionalism and patient centered care. Thank you!
