All of my visits with Dr. Neufeld and the entire staff have been great. Right when you walk into his office, the 2 women up front are very welcoming. Rhonda does a great job with her procedures. Elaine is very easy to work with for scheduling. Dr. Neufeld just does a great job period. I am very happy with my laser treatment and would only trust Dr. Neufeld to do this procedure. I have already recommended him to many of my friends who have asked what I had done.
Dr. Neufeld is an outstanding doctor with a first rate, top notch medical team! He and his team are kind, professional, attentive to detail, and deliver / perform expert medical procedures and services! Dr. Neufeld is by far a great ophthalmologist. He came to see me before I was taken into surgery, and afterward. He did an excellent job with my surgery and the follow up visits were so good. They make you feel as if you are the most important person to walk into the office . I live a long way from Lilburn, but believe me Dr. Neufeld is worth the drive and the you will be so glad you chose him to do your surgery. I found Dr. Neufeld when I visited his office with my 89 year old mother for a tumor on her tear duct. He did a great job on her eye. I saw Dr. Neufeld for issues with dark circles under my eyes and broken blood vessels on my face. He took my 57 year old face and made me look like I did when I was in my 30's. Everyone says I look fantastic!
Dr. Neufeld is the consummate professional, I had 2 surgeries to repair my tear duct and had very good results. He explained the procedures thoroughly, came to the recovery room after surgery, called the day after surgery to check in and find out how was I doing. From the office assistants, to the nurses, the office scheduler, they all are absolutely concerned and ready to assist the patient. Comparing to other similar experiences, Dr. Neufeld's practice and his office staff are a 5+.
