service is absoloutely shocking...we waited over a month for a ring to be delivered into the shop to then be told it still wasnt there...when we asked for a refund it was accepted, and said it would be done however it wasnt. called into the store today to ask for it to be done as they told us it would have to be bank transfer which wasnt the original payment method. we were then told that he would do it by the end of the day which we said no to as we waited long enough. it was promised that it be done by the end of the day w... read more

I highly recommend Kennedys jewellers. I called into the shop today to get my engagement ring cleaned! The lady and gentleman who served me were so lovely and cleaned my ring free of charge and wished me well for my wedding day. Thank you so much it is so greatly appreciated. Such a kind gesture 😊

Very poor experience of having this jewellery shop sell a gold watch on my behalf. Philip held the watch, original boxes and paperwork for 6 months before I requested it's return following countless visits to the shop when I was promised it was sold & the purchaser would be calling to hand over the money for the watch. The watch was returned to me with the original boxes damaged. Incredibly poor service & business practice.
