Scheduled service to have oil change and alignment done on Suburban. Took over 5 hrs to change oil, late afternoon phone call to say they could not perform alignment due to needing new front tire. Other Routine inspections showed brakes as in good condition. Had Tires replaced, then rescheduled for the next week to have alignment. Drop off an hour early at 9:30, only to be notified at 2pm to say they again could not do alignment due to abnormal ball joints, then proceeds to list brakes now need rotor work and charge me $35 l... read more
We went to this dealership to just look at a car. I was going from a Sequoia and interested in something for better gas mileage. Mike Engelbretson showed us a few different options of the outback (we asked to see those specifically). He was very knowledgeable about them. I bought my Subaru BRZ from this location on 11-07-17, and I have to say- Chris Laird was absolutely fantastic! He was not flustered at all by us showing up two days early to our before scheduled appointment. It was a weird situation for me since my original vehicle died on me out of no where and that Friday was going to be the one year anniversary for me and my significant other. Recertified? Yah right! That must mean when you lie about a car your trying to unload on a first time buyer! By not telling them that the car you are unloading on them had been in a accident prior to you buying it. For top dollar? Also having it in there shop on and off for the first three months. While they put 5000miles on it to try and figure out why it keeps stranding you on the side of the freeway! Talk to there management wanted a nother car ! Seeing that you traded that vehicle in over a year ago is there a reason for this late notification? Our staff is here to help but when you take your business elsewhere it is difficult to solve. Big Shout out to the Chevy service guys! I have had some electrical issues on my 2005 Chevy Silverado that I have owned for almost 11 years and couldn't diagnosis myself, blinker, dome light, trailer plug cargo light etc. These guys were able to find the problem, fix things I didn't know could be fixed (outside temp in rearview) without new OEM replacements and only took few parts and a couple of hours!
