Bought my first Subaru WRX last year around November, worked with Andrew Manseth and had a wonderful, mostly hassle free experience (financing was a bit tedious but Andrew wasn't a part of that). Snobs they don't want anything to do with you unless you have perfect credit and 10gs to put down for down payment total waste of time and they think you don't know the tricks on how they switch numbers around to fool the banks on what they actually give you for trade it I guess it's all car places they shady as f$ck

Best place to buy a used car in my opinion. Will go back again when i need another vehicle. Randy Granger is the best sales man in my opinion and thats why i will be back. Thank you for getting me in a nice truck at a great price.

We purchased an RV in 2015 and recently had some issues with it. We contacted the owner and GM at Roy Robinson and they were amazing. They both said their number one goal is to provide excellent customer service and they proved that. Extremely honest, ethical and accountable. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Taking my OUTBACK in for service was a good experience. Everyone was friendly, as usual. I drank coffee, munched popcorn and planned a driving trip while they changed the oil, replaced light bulbs and fixed a recall item (windshield wiper motor) that probably didn't even need fixing. Car was washed and I was on the road in time for a lunch date. Love the service!

Had an appointment at 10:00 for inspection of noise in speaker, a shifting issue in the transmission and a tire low on air. Dropped the vehicle off before the scheduled appointment 1 hour and 45 minutes later they took the vehicle in. After about 15 minutes the vehicle was back outside. They could not duplicate the sound. Told me the computer has the latest data for the transmission, doubt it got driven. The one tire still low on air. I called right after Christmas to arrange to have my passenger mirror replaced, as I had damaged it. I spoke with the parts department to arrange to have the mirror delivered ahead of time, so that when the body shop was ready for my car, the mirror would be in stock and ready to go to the body shop. The body shop was booked out over a week from the day I called.
