Went in there knowing what I wanted but got pushed into something I didn't want but with a feeling of its a foot in the door for what you do want. So you come back in with your trade in and 800.00 down and they say oh we can't put you into that vehicle unless you have 5000 down but we can put you in this truck of the same value for zero down. So I ask their sales rep so what your saying is I should of never bought this car and just waited cause now I can't move up just keep paying the high payments for something I didn't wan... read more

Had my car for 4 months, and nothing but problems.. Now I'm pregnant and without a car for a week, because they refuse to get me in sooner. Definitely won't be getting a Subaru ever again. I thought Subaru's were reliable, but this has been hell for the last 4 months.
This was my first car buying experience, and I couldn't have picked a better place to go! The customer service here is exceptional! Everyone was extremely helpful. I would highly suggest talking with Andrew if you are looking to buy. He was able to answer all the questions I had, and even things I didn't think to ask about! I will never buy a car anywhere else.

We were headed home from my son's soccer game in Sedro-woolley and our check engine light started flashing... Still had 1.5 hours to get home to Bonney Lake and needed our car fixed that day. Drove in at 3 p.m. and they got us right in and fixed the problem and had us on the road at 4:45 p.m. (service department was supposed to close at 4:30 p.m.). Can't thank them enough for going above and beyond with their service!!
