These guys helped me finish an upgrade to my Camaro when 3 other dealerships in the Puget sound area couldn't or wouldn't. Their customer service was exceptional and I'm truly thankful for their hard work and dedication to helping me finish my project. I will definitely be recommending this establishment to my friends and seeking them out for future upgrades.

Just bought our 4th Subaru. The last two from Roy. We had an outstanding salesman (Andrew Manseth) this young man knows what customer service is all about. Was with us to explain every question we had and also showed us all the options on the car as well as how to use the. Got a good honest deal and will definitely refer anyone looking for a good car to head to Roy Robinson.

We recently purchased a Subaru Outback from you and what a great experience! Love the car and having all our questions answered about the various options. It was a low pressure deal (thank you Dok Chang) and wonderful to have a thorough walk through of the car and all the "buttons." For anyone with multiple dogs, the 2015 Outback has plenty of room for crates while leaving the back seat in place...one of the reasons we bought this car....and we were able to test this out prior to our purchase.
