Had the pleasure of buying a brand new Subaru Crosstrek here yesterday. Susan, our salesperson, and Beverly, our finance representative, were both personable and professional, making it a wonderful and stress free experience. In all honesty I was expecting it to be a bit painful as I have not purchased a new car from a dealer in sixteen years! I cannot recommend them highly enough!
We spent two weeks with the fine folks at Roy Robinson RV repairs. We came in for issues with our jack system and wiring. They were very accommodating, allowing us to stay in our RV at night with free electric hookups provided, as we are full-time RVers and cannot be without our coach. All the staff were courteous and friendly. They helped with various smaller tasks, like installing new latches for our bay doors and awning repair. Cory sold my wife and I a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek, and helped us trade in our 2005 Chevy Colorado, as a down payment for the Crosstrek. Cory and the Roy Robinson Subaru dealership gave us a very far price on our Colorado, and gave us a great deal on the Crosstrek!! Their customer service is the best I ever seen, especially at a car dealership!! There was no pressuring from Cory to buy, and no gimmicks were used at all!!! I can't believe how good the service is here> Both in the RV service area, but in RV sales too. Dominic, and Mark did an excellent job of working with us to up grade to another RV. 6/30/2018 Overall great buying experience! We came in and were greeted immediately by the lady at the front desk and then by salesman Doug. He's real nice, no pressure, regular dude. Flip helped me get out of a bad situation I got myself into at another dealership and into a SWEET Colorado. Never felt pressured and he did everything he could to help me out. This is the 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from Roy Robinson and after my displeasure with the other dealerships I have been to, I will never go anywhere before I see the team at Roy Robinson.
We bought a brand new Winnebago Minnie from these guys. When we did the initial walk through we found a very loud squeak in the floor. We thought maybe it would settle, but it didn’t. So when we took it in for winterization the service department did everything they could to track it down with no luck...it was the elusive squeak!
