RecommendedThe service was fine. However it did take 15 minutes just for me to sign a piece of paper to finish my check out. There was no one in front of me and my paperwork was sitting on the desk that it was completed from the technician. I had to wait at one desk and then she in turn referred me to another desk just to sign a piece of paper. I was not too happy with that
I love the service I receive here on a continuous basis. From the reception to sales to service, all areas are connected with each other and totally with my needs, Everytime!! Saba, Mike LeBlanc - they are amazing Service Techs, all the ladies at the reception, especially the receptionist with the long brunette hair! She is much, much more than a receptionist. She is definitley the glue that makes sure the flow of communication happens all throughout the facility. Thank you especially to her. Lauren Connolly.

My wife and I bought both our cars brand new within 2 months from Kelly Jeep on Lehigh street. This was our third time buying a brand new car from Kelly. I am here as I type this waiting for an hour and 10 minutes (so far) for an OIL CHANGE. This is my wife's first oil change for her new car Why shedule appointments for a 15 minute job if you plan on making your customers wait wait long enough to get irritated.
