'Service' response for a computer issue on our brand new Jeep Latitude was terrible! Computer 'went out' on Feb. 3- no control over ANY function on the computer, including NO HEAT CONTROL- at a time when it's -10 degrees in the morning! Sabahudin's response?- "We're scheduling 8 days out!" SERIOUSLY?! We got NO heat in a brand new Jeep and you can't even schedule a diagnosis for 8 days! OUTRAGEOUS! We called Mariano Jeep in Concord, NH and got the PROPER response- bring it in in 4 hr and we'll have someone look at it for you... read more
Don't bother bringing your car here for service, they mislabel and tell you it's not there and could care less to help you find it! Had to drive up there to find it myself... When it was sitting just outside the door. Guess it's difficult to get up from your desk and see what is outside.
