They told me when my car would be ready and it was. I asked for some touch up paint and was told ahead of time that they might have to order it but they had it in stock and when I went to get in my car it was in my cup holder. This place i so much better than Herb chambers. Did not care for the way I was treated at herb chambers. Never will go back there or any herb chambers. Now I know where I can take my car. Great service yesterday. I was in and out in good time.
They were absolutely awful, didn't touch my car until half a day after they told me they would, never checked into the warranty service plan I had until the 5th time I told them I had one pushing it out an entire day. Told them not to touch my car until I heard about the warranty, they ended up stripping a bolt off of my transmission pan which needed to be re threaded thanks to them. Wanted to charge me $455 for a $42 transmission pan replace...which btw takes about an hour to put in for professionals. My car wasn't even lea... read more

I will never ever go there again .. my van sat there for 48 days .. transmission replaced only to pick it up worse than when it was brought in !!!
