Great customer service
Quick version. Brought Jeep in for warranty work. Needed a transfer case. After replacement I brought it back 2 or 3 times for them to find multiple noise complains. They swore they triple checked everything and no noise can be heard. Brought to another dealer and they and Jeep engineer found 2 missing bolts from skid plate 2 broken bolts in skid plate And bolts for transfer case we removed by fingers no tools. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. They sold me a 2014 Jeep Patriot 10 months ago with 24,000 miles on it for 17k and that car was a complete lemon and I just had to get rid of it because if not it was going to turn into a money pit. I had the vehicle serviced there several times and every time they returned the car it came back with a problem.
