Has Brian Kelly ever looked under the hood of a Chrysler Touring 200?? The Headlight assembly is disgraceful, The Touring was put together so nobody could do work on it, The Wheel well has to come off to change a Headlight and the Battery needs an hour's work instead of 5 minutes, Consumer's should look under the hood before you buy and decide if basic mechanics can be done saving a trip to the dealer, never again would I buy a Chrysler!!!
Service after the sale is atrocious at best. I will never purchase another Jeep from this dealership. Not to mention the building is outdated.

No pressure, highly trained and knowledgeable sales staff. Fast and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience.
Worst dealership! From the finance department to the service department! My family has purchased three cars from them having the same experiences. My car has had to be serviced close to 25 times in about three years! Rental car or loaner car NEVER ready for my appointments. I know I’m going to be late for work whenever I have a early morning appointment. And now magically my 100 k mile warranty covers nothing and I have to pay out of pocket for the diagnostic test. I have been VERY happy with the service department at Kelly Jeep..I am on my 3rd lease. I started with a Jeep Wrangler Sport and have had 2 Saharas. Unfortunately I have never been treated well with their sales department. I wish I could lease my next Jeep with them which I will be doing in 2019. Currently I drive all the way to Leominster because I used to live in Fitchburg and they ALWAYS treat me nice and with respect.
