When , I go to get my Jeep Cherokee fixed I go to the Lynnfield location. The people are pleasant . Just the other day I called talking about the problems am having with Grand Jeep Cherokee. I was sent a message stating when am ready I can come in for a test drive.
Been in five times now for squeaking brakes on a brand new car since I bought it in April. Has squeaked since day one and nothing fixed yet. This is a waste of time, but needs to be fixed. There is no reason I should have this problem with a brand new car. Service man has not been welcoming as well every time I am in. They look at you like it's your problem, not there.
