My car went in for service what was suppose to be for two days and ended up being there for almost two weeks. Got a different answer every time I called when it would be done and why it was taking so long. The general manager and the parts manager would say they would call me back within a half hour or hour and I would never hear back from them unless I called them back hours later. I have purchased my vehicle at Kelly Ford and have returned for for routine maintenance. I have used other Ford dealers closer to my home but I do not get the same attention to detail as I do at Kelly Ford. I am a customer for life!
