for their service center alone is plenty of reason, their lack of customer service is the cherry on top. biggest mistake of a major purchase in my life.... And it had nothing to do with the vehicle just the people surrounding it

RecommendedI brought in my dad‘s old Ford for a recall for headlights. They ordered the part called me when it was in and then worked for four days to make sure that those headlights were working before I used it to transport my 85 year old dad. The dealership was very helpful in the middle is pandemic they called me to let me know what was going on and got inspection sticker that was long overdue for the car. I would use them again in a heartbeat

The Service Department is Amazing!! ready to assist you at a moment's notice. Kelly Ford is the ONLY place I will bring my car. Their Mechanics are top notch. never had an issue.. after almost three decades... Highly Recommend

Melvin took my vehicle in right away as the vehicle had a check engine light on and was running very poorly! I needed to leave the vehicle and he set me up with a loaner. After making that repair it was noted that there was a recall for bolts on the rack & pinion steering. My vehicle was not safe to drive! He kept me in the loaner vehicle as the parts were on back order for this recall. He checked in with me to let me know what was going on and called me when the car was ready!
