Very rocky beginning with this situation I had to deal with my Ford Escape these past couple of days. No ones perfect and i get that mistakes get made. But i went from being unsatisfied in the beginning to being completely taken care of by the end. Mike the service manager did in excellent job keeping me updated with my car and making sure I knew what was doing on. Thank you for fixing my car.

Online service reservation failed. Was asked to book a new date a couple days out. When I did they said that was booked too. Got a loaner today, the service manager said to make sure I replaced the fuel. I said I was just going home and back. I was told "no need to be snippy I have to explain it to everyone". The mileage represented as a half tank when it was just over a quarter. That's the same as stealing. Also, there was another customers private information on a Kelly Ford loaner contract left in the vehicle. Horrible.
The service department is outstanding. Special shout-out to Brian who got me in and out in record time.
My good friend who does not have social media but deserves the justice due to the horrific service by the sales department on the purchase of a 38,000 dollar f-150. Overall terrible service and not being compensated for inconveniencing him and his family due to mechanical failures on a truck that was “ford certified”. I truly wish no one else has this experience especially around the holidays.
