I've used Kelly Construction lots of times, commercially and just recently for private work. John and his staff have an outstanding reputation for perfection and great value. Not once have I had to call them back on the job, not once has he tried to load the job by under-quoting (missing essential work of the quote and then pointing it out when the job is under way.)
