Dr Pearce is the best. From his office visits to him surgical ability I’m very pleased with him and his staff. Thanks for the good work.
Very efficient visit. The staff and his team were very pleasant and prompt with reasonable waiting times. (My whole visit may have been hour. Considering I was a new patient and I had xrays I consider that outstanding.) Dr. Pearce is extremely pleasant and put together a good treatment plan. He gave me options of where to have physical therapy but ultimately I went next to his office and that was arranged for the next morning. I couldn’t be more pleased with the way I was treated.
First visit last week, from the front desk to everyone I encountered in the office was professionalism and friendliness. Dr. Pierce and his NP talked to me on my level and gave me options of treatment. They did not push or make me feel like I had to make a choice. I would highly recommend this office.
Good doctor but horrible front office.
Richard Pearce and his entire office are 5+ stars. Always a pleasant experience, even if in pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Pearce and his office for your spine care and treatment
I would highly recommend Dr. Pearce to anyone. He took time to talk with me about my spinal condition, as well as what the option were. After being evaluted, I asked my husband to join us in the exam room to explain everything to him as well. Dr. Pearce left the option of surgery or no surgery on my spine, totally up to me with a suggestion that both my husband and I talk about it and weigh the options. There was no rushing or pushing me into having surgery. Dr. Pearce's demeanor and interaction, with both my husband and I, ... read more
My PCP wanted to refer me to a spine surgeon. I chose Dr. Caputo because of the reputation of the practice (from a medical standpoint and reputation for integrity), his educational background, his medical philosophy (conservative treatment) and his medical interests. He and his PA talked with me, did additional imaging, listened to me carefully, talked with me some more, gave the list of treatment options, reassured me, and allowed me to make the choice for treatment. Good people.
I visited Dr. Caputo in October of 19' referred from my chiropractor . The first visit was very informal, Dr. Caputo was very knowledgeable about my options and the best choices for me. I decided to do a Microdiscectomy, we did my procedure at Parkridge. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Dr. Caputo went and spoke with my family while I was in recovery.. the surgery was very successful. And I wont have a scar thankful and my pain is gone! I will recommend Dr. Caputo every chance I get! He and his staff are very friendly ... read more
It is often the case that doctors don't listen well to elderly women. That was definitely not the case here. I was listened to, encouraged to ask questions, and given every opportunity to make my own treatment decisions. I was also pleased that the least invasive options were presented first with no push for surgical intervention.
