I clearly see why Dr. Pearce is in such high demand. Very informative, discussed options, and not pushy. Seems to really care about what is best for patients, which does not always mean surgery is a definite.
Every visit has been the same....consultation through post op follow ups. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and efficient and wait times were negligible. Surgery (fusion L4 L5 S1) was amazing. I have gone from disabling pain in back and an inability to stand more than a few minutes without my legs going painfully asleep; to living a totally normal, pain free life. I can't thank Dr. Pearce enough, and would highly recommend him to anyone having spine issues.

Dr. Ryan is: Thorough, does not rush, ask questions concerning your condition or concerns, if a specialist is needed he does not hesitate to make the referral, kind and has integrity. Cares about his patients wellbeing.
I have NEVER had such a horrible experience: Condescending, ill-informed, disrespectful and pompous. All after waiting for over an HOUR. Find another doctor!
I went to Dr. Ryan for a while. He had a very good bedside manner as a doctor on his research side (which he contacted me about). As far as my pcp, I saw a different side. He would humiliate me by asking if I had a pillow in there (referring to my fat). I complained for over a year with blood in my urine and pain. He brushed me off. Finally, he did a ct scan with contrast. Found my kidney was full of stones and I had a big cyst on my ovaries. Couldn't ask for a more professional, caring PCP. Have been seeing Dr. Jolley for five years and have always been shown concern, given excellent examinations, and treated with care. She is a gem!
The staff was awesome and very helpful the doctor was sincere in his talkin to me about what needed to be done just the whole staff the nurse practitioner the other young ladies that help me we're just awesome I would highly recommend taking your back problems to dr. Pearce
He has preformed 2 surgeries on my low back. I could not be more pleased with the results after each surgery. He is SO caring for his patients & it shows! His staff will help you with any problems that arise (change appointment, etc.). You Cannot find a Surgeon any where in the south that even compares to him.
