Dr. Beeler took her time to explain the changes in my body that I'm currently going through. If I have any questions, her office always calls me back as soon as they can. Erica and Ms. McPherson are so nice to me and help me feel at ease each time I am there. The receptionists, are very welcoming.
The staff was outstandingly pleasant. Dr. Pearce was cordial and informative. I received an honest assessment of my condition and led me to agree to future surgery.
Friendly, caring, compassionate
From my first anxious visit to my first 3 week post surgical visit, I was treated with a very capable, empathetic and knowledgeable staff. They were timely in seeing me at each appointment. They treated me with respect and honored my every question courteously. I never felt as though they were being condescending. I felt as though I could discuss any issue freely with them. Dr. Pearce answered all my questions that I had and more. He was very caring and professiinal. His staff was the same.
My visit on 3/5/2020 was the final follow up to my neck surgery/fusion of a year ago. Having worked for Dr. Pearce over 12 years, there was no one going to operate on me but him. Having a friend as your surgeon is definitely as good as it gets. My surgery is a 100% success story and I sing his praises ( as well as Spine Surgery Associates).
Appointment went as expected. I have been very fortunate to have not experienced any major problems. Wait time was a little long but I accept previous patient requiring additional time. Always a pleasure to spend some time with Dr. Ryan. Expect to stay with him for many years.
Good time spent during last visit. Explanations were clear and direct. Answered all my questions.
Outstanding Dr. who is not only proficient but very friendly. I have been seen by quite a few doctors during my 30+ years in the U.S. military. Dr. Adam Caputo is the best. He listens and he asks questions. I was up and around after the procedure and have not had a bad day yet. Thank you Dr. Caputo.
