Others have said the same thing I experienced. Dr Beeler put me on an antidepressant that I did not like. I requested several times to be put on one I knew worked well for me but she refused. (I asked at least 6 times over several years) saw nurse shevlan and she said there was no reason for me to not be on a med that I knew worked for me. Dr Beeler really does not care about her patients.

What to say about this woman? Unprofessional. I showed up to my appointment this past week and was unable to stay. I had signed in and had to leave. I let them know this and we rescheduled for a different day the following week. The office sent the letter out to me the day after my original appointment. The letter states I have been terminated as a patient and that I should seek medical care elsewhere. I have been to this doctors office for less than a year, have ALWAYS been to my appointments on time (and ALWAYS waited an h... read more

I was supposed to see Dr.Pearce last year, after suffering 18years with my Spine, an seeing different Drs, I was sent to see Dr. Pearce, only got to see his PA, PA ordered MRI an released me. ( PA seen me crying, sitting on a child's swim ring, said he would help me) he didn't. My hubby fractured his back in 2 places an has bone protruding out, this was June 2018 he was supposed to see Dr. Pearce, couldn't get past PA, he ordered MRI, an after several calls to them, the PA said go back to your Primary Care Dr. to see what sh... read more

In terms of quality doctors/surgeons, Dr. Caputo is your guy. I can't speak highly enough about him as an individual. However, I must also address the negative parts of my experience. Parkridge isn't the hospital you want to choose, do a little research because Dr. Caputo can use other locations. My biggest frustration was the break down in communication regarding to billing. They sent me to collections without even calling to set up or verify any type of payment plan. Surgery is expensive and my costs after insurance left s... read more

I just finished my fourth back surgery with Dr. Pearce. All have been extremely successful and improved my quality of life. As a 30 year US Army veteran with many service-connected medical conditions including my lumbar & cervical problems, I could not have asked for a better spine surgeon than Dr. Pearce. Thank you VERY much. I have been a patient of Dr. Pearce for close to 20 years and I plan on staying for the next 20 years. Hopefully, he will not retire.

Dr. Caputo, Derek Rigby, PA, and the team at Spine Surgery Associates are patient-cetric in the way they treat. It is so difficult these days to locate a surgeon that will choose a non-surgical option even if you're not a good candidate for whatever reason. It was refreshing to find Dr. Caputo who chose ethics over money. I could see the empathy and sense the care in his treatment. He is very genuine and has wonderful bedside manner. He listens to his team and values their opinion. I felt like I was being treated as a member... read more

In January 2019 Dr. Caputo evaluated me for pain and numbness in my left shoulder, arm and hand, and discovered a herniated C 6-7 disc with nerve root encroachment. He was able to schedule a corrective surgery within about 2 weeks. My experience from start to finish was excellent and now, at 2 months post op, I am pain free with full use of my left upper extremity. In addition to recommending Dr. Caputo for his excellence in fund of knowledge and surgical skill, I also found him to be personable, concerned, compassionate and... read more
