These people are great! I ordered 4 packages of pure Russians back in April. Due to the weather a few of the packages had major dead loss and one queen died. I spoke with Kelley’s and they made everything right even though it was not their fault. I picked up a Nuc yesterday and they are booming already. Had a great discussion with the sales team. This is why I come back to Kelley’s every year for my bee supplies.

Placed order if 2 items May 4. I call today May14 and ask where my order is... oh it’s scheduled to go out today. Really Kelly?10 days to process an order?
Disappointing experience with new cypress bottom boards - gaps between joints mean the rails will fail sooner. Kelley response was that the gaps, 1/8" to 3/16", were within "specs". When 6 of 6 boards have these gaps - there's something wrong with the specs, in my opinion.
Just received my shipment of 2 packages of Russian Bees yesterday and they were in great shape. One package had made 4 pieces of comb about the size of my hand and had sugar water in it and no dead bees in it. The second package had several dead bees, appx 100, but were in great shape. Very happy with my order. Thank you
Pre-ordered a mated queen and she was shipped but the queen was dead upon arrival. The queen was very small and the other bees in the package were alive. Also, they advertise during their hold music that they mark them with the proper year color, but mine was marked white. I asked and they said they mark everything white, but this is not what they advertise. Called them and they shipped a second queen but still charged me for shipping of $14.50 for the new queen.
